Anaideia (ah‑nah-day‑ah) “the absence of limits.” Dance ready indie-pop from Colorado Springs, CO The duo formed Anaideia in March of 2024 after keyboardist Magdelena Misuraca visited multi-instrumentalist and producer Cosmo Steinhauer's home studio to record an instrumental track that she had written. The musical chemistry was instant and the casual recording session turned into an all night song writing session. Their first single "Happy Now?" was recorded in a night and the rest is history.

Anaideia (the Greek personification of shamelessness) captures the duo’s belief that their music should remain free from limitations and aim to capture their large array of influences and inspirations.

Anaideia refuses a single label. Their music is indie‑pop at its heart with elements spanning the artists’ catalog of inspirations spanning garage rock of the 60s, funk and disco from the 70s, and post-punk from the 80s. The two often bond over their love of bands like The Beatles and synthpop from the 80s and 90s.

The duo aims to combine dance-friendly pop hooks with bold yet familiar genre experimentation.
